free. The promotion will credit $50 towards the activation fee on the first month's bill. This is a lease plan and the lease
fee for the equipment is $5.95 per month. With HughesNet, there is a lease and a purchase option. Under the purchase option
customers pay $199.99 for the equipment and $199.99 for the installation, but there is a $199.99 mail-in rebate for the
installation cost. Obviously, with the purchase option, there is no monthly lease charge. With the Lease Plan from HughesNet,
customer get absolutely free installation and the activation charge is only $100 (often times this fee is reduced or eliminated
